V.I.P. is a "Cost Plus" production service company, therefore all additional cost incurred during the shooting and clients' stay, which were not included in the original quote, will be billed to the clients.

V.I.P. does not accept responsibility for suppliers' or talents' lack of performance, no show, rates increases, etc…

V.I.P. has insured its customers against public liability and personal injury (only while in South Africa); however, it does not accept any responsibility for the actions of photographers, clients and crew. V.I.P. will not accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss of life, or damage to property incurred by the crew or clients as a result of their actions.

Customers are responsible for damages, or loss of equipment, collection and personal valuables. Special insurance arrangements for the above can be organised upon request.
