What Is Bio G Active?

Bio G Active was originally developed in the 1950s to increase the shelf life and quality of mincemeat and sausages, by reducing bacterial count and pathogens like salmonella and listeria.

Its function is to increase the shelf life and quality of slaughtered animal carcasses through the dramatic reduction of pathogens and other microbial counts (up to 99.9%).
